COMPANY SAFETY POLICY

Safety is an integral part of the way we conduct our business. It is important to the daily operations of Independent Well Servicing Ltd. and our safety policy is there to protect our employees, clients, the public, the environment and property as well.

Unsafe work practices and accidents carry many costs, the greatest of these being human costs. By protecting our employees, we are also protecting their families, friends and co-workers from the effects of the accidents. By doing this we also protect our clients, the public, and the environment from the negative effects of accidents.

Everyone employed by Independent Well Servicing Ltd. is responsible for maintaining our safety program. Managers and supervisors are responsible for identifying the safety needs, communicating safety hazards and investigating hazardous conditions and accidents. They also provide training, supply appropriate safety and personal protective equipment and ensure all equipment is properly maintained. All IWS equipment meets legislated safety standards.

All employees and all others on company worksites are responsible for obeying all safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures and for wearing and using personal protective equipment when required. All employees are required to participate in safety training programs and inform supervisors of any unsafe work conditions. Never pass a fault on! This safety vigilance is supported by all employees.
