- 42” x 10” ( 106.7cm x 25.4 cm) Main drum with
an air disc auxiliary brake and crown saver. Drawworks rated
to 13,100 ft. (4,000) meters.
- 450 hp DDec IV - 60 Series Detroit Diesel electronic environmentally
friendly engine.
- CLT5861-DB Allison Transmission
- Dual man rated Hydraulic winches.
- Oversized working floor 7ft. X 14 ft. (2.1 meters x 4.3 meters).
- Second fall arrest on rod basket for working at tubing board
or on pump jacks.
- Full cat walks on driller’s side and off driller’s
side.
- 38” x 8” (96.5cm x 20.3cm) Sand line drum with
12,000 ft. (3,600 meters) of sand line.
- Complete Class II 22 gallon (85 liter) accumulator with Ram
Saver and 7 1/16”, 3000 psi (21 mpa) double gate B.O.P.
with workover spool.
- Digital sandline counter (depthometer).
- Rig is fully equipped to handle rods from 5/8” to 1
1/8” (16mm – 25mm).
- Rig is fully equipped to handle pipe from 2 3/8” to
3 1/2” (60.3mm – 88.9mm).
- Rig and all handling equipment Level IV inspected.
- 58-93 R Foster tubing tongs.
- Complete lighting for night work.
PUMP TRUCK
- 2004 Granite CV Mack, 375 hp, electronic environmentally
friendly engine, 10 speed transmission.
- Serva TPA 400 Triplex pump – 5” (127mm) stroke,
5”(127mm) plunger, maximum output 10 bbls. per minute
or 1.6 cubes per minute.
- 5,000 lb. (35,000 kpa) Fluid end.
- 3,000 lb. (21,000 kpa) 7(seven) valve manifold lines.
- 4” x 3” Mission pump.
- 225 bbl.(35.7cubic meter) tank, complete with circulating
trough, Poor Boy degasser and man rated winch on tank.
- Electronic tank guage, electronic stroke counter and electronic
pressure guage mounted in cab.
- Complete lighting for night work
